From the magnificent buildings of the Ring to the splendour of Schonbrunn Palace, you'll see all the highlights of Vienna on this three-hour city tour. Along the Ringstrasse, Vienna`s main boulevard, we show you numerous magnificent buildings, such as the MAK-Austrian museum of applied Arts, The State Opera House, Museum of Fine Arts and Natural History, the Parliament, the National Theatre, City Hall, University, Votive Church, Urania, City park. Then drive to the Schönbrunn palace. Schönbrunn Palace is part of the World Cultural Heritage and Austria's most visited sight. This Baroque synthesis of different arts, consisting of a palace and gardens, has been in the possession of the Habsburgs for centuries, and till today is largely in its original condition. Free time for lunch (N/I). Dinner and overnight in Vienna. DAY 7: VIENNA TO BRATISLAVA TO BUDAPEST Breakfast at the hotel. Check out. With your tour director drive for a short while to arrive in Bratislava. Meet your local English speaking guide for a walking tour of the city. Bratislava is one of the youngest capital cities in the world. The highlight of the city is the contrast owing to its 2400-years-old history and the energy of a youthful city. The city is at the base of Small Carpathian Mountain Range and on the longest river in Europe, Danube, known as Dunaj in Slovakian. The most attractive sights are located in the cobbled streets and magical squares of the Old Town including the National Theatre, Blue Church of St Elisabeth, St Martin’s crowning Cathedral and Bratislava Castle. DAY 8: BUDAPEST SIGHTSEEING Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your local English speaking guide for a half day tour of Budapest. First, we take the Margaret Bridge and drive over to Buda. We stop in the Castle District and during a short walk we show you the main attractions of the area. We walk to Matthias Church and to the Fishermen’s Bastion (from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama).
